Prior to my real estate career, I founded an Internet marketing company in 2004, honing skills in technology, SEO, and digital strategies. This background has been instrumental in my approach to real estate, allowing me to leverage innovative solutions for my clients.

One of my proudest achievements is creating Vow2Save, a unique crowdfunding platform designed to simplify down payments and enhance homeownership accessibility. This innovative website allows friends, family, agents, and lenders to collaborate effectively, bridging the gap on crucial down payment funds.

While I focus my efforts in Southern California, I maintain a global referral network. SoCal’s vibrant market is not only my home but also filled with opportunities for first-time buyers, investors, and those looking to flip or develop properties. My deep understanding of the local market enables me to provide tailored guidance to each client.

A piece of advice that has profoundly influenced me is: 'Don't settle.' This mantra drives me to strive for excellence in all aspects of my life and work.

My journey into real estate was sparked by a personal experience—being evicted due to my dog's breed. This pivotal moment ignited my passion for advocating for housing rights and accessibility. It motivates me to help others navigate the complexities of homeownership, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to find their perfect home. I have a soft spot for anyone with large breed dogs who have faced discrimination.

Over the years, I've achieved significant milestones in my career. In 2020, I earned my broker's license, and since 2021, I've consistently performed in the top 9% of my previous brokerage. My leadership in various real estate organizations led to the creation of the annual OC Home Fair - 'Homeownership Day' at Chapman University, which has evolved into a nationwide virtual event positively impacting countless lives.

When I'm not working tirelessly for my clients, you can find me traveling the coast in an Airstream Basecamp or exploring nature—whether hiking scenic trails or discovering hidden gems along the coast. These moments recharge my spirit and inspire me creatively as I navigate the dynamic world of real estate.

Looking ahead, I aspire to develop affordable and sustainable Superadobe communities while enhancing my vacation rental portfolio through Flower Den Retreats. I also plan to bring real estate into the blockchain space by creating a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) aimed at helping more people achieve property ownership.
